Refunds shall be made via bank transfer into the customer’s complete and accurate bank account details. EUROO offers no guarantee on the timeliness of the refunds. The processing of refunds may take long depending on the guidelines provided by the respective banks and/or payment provider’s internal processes. All refunds are conditional, and Euroo reserves the right to reject any exchange of refund for opened or used product in accordance with DTI rules and regulations.
