All EUROO products are designed and manufactured with the highest standards, as we value quality, innovation, and functionality. Before assembling or using any product, we strongly recommend reading the provided user manual for proper product handling and maintenance.
WARRANTY TERMS:
EUROO warrants its products for a specific period after the date of purchase. The following table shows the warranty period for different categories:

The warranty applies when the product has been handled properly for its intended use as described in the instruction manual. If any product defect occurs during the warranty period, EUROO will cover the scope of warranty (service and parts) through its authorized service center. Depending on the nature of the defect, EUROO will identify the best service option for you:
- Repair the defective product
- Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal value
The warranty in respect of a repaired/replaced product will continue to be warranted for the remainder of its original warranty period.
EUROO will determine whether a product is “Out of Warranty” based on the following limitations (A) listed below. Repair or replacement of “Out of Warranty” products shall be separately quoted by EUROO service center and respective service shall be provided upon payment of service fee.
All products purchased starting June 1, 2024 may be able to get an extended 6-months warranty (1)(2).

- To qualify for an extended warranty, register your product thru www.warranty.eurooglobal.com/warranty-registration
(I) within 30 Days after purchase. - Once registered, you will receive a confirmation text with the reference number of your registration.
- A Technical Support Group representative will review and validate your registration to ensure all information is complete. Please keep a copy of your reference number once your application is approved as proof of the extended warranty.

- You are responsible for providing accurate information during the registration process. Any discrepancies or incomplete information may result in the denial of the extended warranty.
- The extended warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser who registered the product.
- The extended warranty also follows the warranty limitations with respect to the product.
- The extended warranty only covers service and repair (parts not included). Depending on your product and the defect, EUROO will identify the best service option for you.
(A) WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The warranty is valid only for EUROO products purchased in the Republic of the Philippines and through EUROO’s authorized resellers with supporting documents. Otherwise, the warranty is considered valid.
The warranty does not cover and is not limited to:
- Missing accessories or external parts of the product unless such claim is made within 7 days of date of purchase.
- Cosmetic damage to the outer surface/finishing and external parts of the products, such as cracks, dents or scratches that are due to normal customer use.
- The accessories/parts such as battery, blade, drive coupling, dust bag, filter, and any other external accessories/parts, which are worn out from normal use.
- Deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear.
- Defect or damage due to spillage of liquids or wrong usage of electrical supply and voltage.
The Warranty does not apply if:
- The purchase documents have been altered in any way or made illegible.
- Lost or stolen product/s.
- Product that has expired its warranty period.
- The product is being used for commercial purposes.
- The defect is caused by abuse or misuse of the product or by environmental conditions that are not in conformance with the recommended operations of the product.
- If any part or parts of the product are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or repaired by any EUROO authorized technician.
- The product has been damaged - including but not limited to damage by pets, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disaster, or transport accident. The product is defective due to wear of parts, which can be considered as consumable parts by their nature.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS:

- Proof of Purchase (Official Receipt, Online Order Number)
- Reference Number (applicable for extended warranty claims)
The customer may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service. Please contact support for further assistance.
EUROO reserves the right to refuse warranty service and/or charge a service fee for “Out of Warranty” repair or service of any nature. EUROO shall not be deemed liable if the warranty limitations are not followed.
